On the Road Again with Deficit Spending

Starting with 1900, the Debt Car did about 5 mpg until the Great Depression.   The speedometer below is from the Debt Car.   Less than a gentle horse ride.

After President Truman, the Debt Car did about 3 mpg until President Reagan.   The speedometer below is from the Debt Car.   Just a pleasant walk.

The blue and red patches with a D or an R designate the majority in congress.

Crusin' for a brusin'?

Perhaps a new speedometer should be used to insure our future.
