Tijuana Taxis

When I first saw this, I compared it to my driving experiences in most of the United States and Viet-nam.   Some of you will understand when I say I drove a "deuce and a half" without a military license for the U.S. Army as part of duties in Viet-nam.   I have to agree that not even the dangers of driving on the Mama-San built rock and mud roads of Viet-nam came close to this highway.   And we had to dodge bullets, mines, etc.   I'm happy to stay right where I am, retired.
