A National and Personal Wonderland
When my brother, Bill, and I were 9 and 8,
Arlington National Cemetary was our great
adventure to be explored and enjoyed. We
watched the changing of the guard more times
than I can remember. We saluted even more
times for all the military funerals and
their six-gun-salutes. We collected many
shell casings and we examined tombstones
great and small as well as all the monuments.
